We want you to love your STONI piece as much as we loved making it. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.
Change of Mind
As each STONI piece is made from natural stone (and often made in limited quantities), we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. So please choose carefully and if you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If something arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- A clear photo/video of the issue
- Your order number
- The email address you placed the order under
- A short description of what went wrong
We’ll assess it promptly and let you know the next steps. If your item is deemed faulty or damaged through no fault of your own, we’ll cover the return shipping and sort out a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever suits you best.
Natural Variations
Keep in mind: each STONI piece is made from natural stone, which means no two are the same. Veining, texture, colour, and tiny imperfections are part of what makes these pieces beautiful and not considered faults or defects. They’re the perfectly imperfect details that make each piece one of a kind.
