Where do we ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide.

When will your order be packed?

Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays) for your order to be thoughtfully packed and dispatched from our studio.

How will you know when your order is on the way?

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

What happens if you’re not home when it arrives?

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave, which means your delivery will be left somewhere safe if you’re not home. If there’s nowhere secure, it will be taken to a nearby collection point and you’ll be notified with the details.

You can add them via the tracking link once your order is on its way.
